What is the Primary Election? This election is for Democrats and Republicans to choose the candidate they would like their party to nominate for the General Election. Registered Republicans can only vote Republican and registered Democrats can only vote Democrat. If you are unsure of your REGISTERED political party or would like to change your party affiliation to vote in this election please contact the Clerk's Office. Please note if you are UNAFFILIATED and vote in the Primary Election you will be declaring yourself the party you choose to vote for.
